One of the most popular global manufacturers of cleaning products based in the USA wanted to deploy a Requisition to Pay (R2P) platform, integrated with their ERP system for a faster turnaround from invoice receipt to invoice approval to pay process. Additionally, they also wanted to implement Coupa eProcurement Solution which will require data integration to several key systems already deployed. There was an absence of ok2pay & requisition platform to maintain sales, purchase, invoice, tax, budget & payment details in one place. In the absence of a comprehensive system, our clients utilized fragmented microservice applications that made all the different entity details management more difficult. Additionally, data synchronization processes between SAP, COUPA & Workday systems were not present in full swing, resulting in delays and business process inefficiencies.

- To design & implement the perfect R2P (Requisition 2 Payment) system for our client, we utilized different systems alongside MuleSoft, such as Coupa, SAP, Workday, etc. Additionally, we also utilized SFTP (Secured File Transfer Protocol). With the use of Coupa, we streamlined the approval system, be it budget, tax, or requisition approval. Every approval request is sent to Coupa for final approval. We have also implemented an HRMS system to maintain all the employee-related information efficiently for our client, from Workday over SOAP.
