A popular Non-profit humanitarian organization wanted to replicate Salesforce objects into an ODS database for real-time report creation. The replication processes required scalable and future-proof integrations to accommodate additional Salesforce objects in the future, including new fields being added to Salesforce objects.

The Difference Exavalu Delivered

  • We designed custom integrations for replicating changes in Salesforce Objects to a cloud ODS database on Microsoft Azure using the Salesforce CDC (Change Data Capture) streaming channel. MuleSoft integrations were built using the Anypoint MQ (FIFO) to read and process Salesforce events in a sequence. Generic Dynamic queries were built in MuleSoft to accommodate the addition of new fields to Salesforce objects for creating and updating data. Integrations were built using industry best practices for security and logging.
